This is Royal Cinnamon also called Saigon Cinnamon,Vietnamese Cinnamon or with the botanical name of Cinnamomum loureiroi. The Ceylon Cinnamon smells sweeter and is much more fragrant than Cassia Cinnamon while also having lower coumarin content. The flavor varies between batches and seasons.
